"I'm a Boston based Registered Nurse, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Guide. 

Throughout my own personal experience of fighting stage III cancer and serving on the front lines as a nurse during the pandemic, I've found incredible solace in calming my body and mind through the use of sound meditation. 

I've studied with many Sound Practitioners to learn a wide variety of techniques and sound tools to create powerful meditative journeys through sound.

My passion is to bring more accessible offerings of reiki infused sound to mainstream hospitals, western medicine and people like YOU!

Sound Meditation or Sound Healing is the meditative practice of calming the body and mind through the immersion of sound. 

The best way to tune in to these meditations is to find a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. I highly recommend using headphones and an eye covering to maximize your meditative experience. 

The sounds utilized can vary, however each sound tool can elicit a different physiological or emotional response. Be gentle with yourself as you explore the different sound journeys I've created. 

The most important part to remember before tuning in is to set an intention! Jonathan Goldmand says "intention + frequency = healing". The frequency, resonance and layers of sound paired with your intention can create beautiful healing and powerful experiences. Enjoy!
